Happy day!
This weekend has been very stressful and tiring. I have been several unpleasant situations, of which I still don't quite understand the reasons, and that left me puzzled and somewhat upset. On Friday, I decided to update everything on the blog as soon as possible, and I decided to do during the weekend, because usually when I get fewer visits.
After 2 hard days of work, the Sunday afternoon I finished updating all the posts that had already published until February 10, plus 3 new posts, until 13 February. I didn't want publish all new posts at once, to try not to saturate the emails of my followers. So my intention is to publish 2 or 3 new posts each day, until I catch up the blog.

My 33 birthday! ^__^
We are what we do every day. So excellence is not an act but an habit. Aristotle
Happy day 37! And happy 33 birthday to me!
This morning I got up late because I got no sleep well last night. I think I'm getting a cold. I've been all day with a terrible headache. :( So I've decided not to go to French class this afternoon, not to catch cold and get worse, but I still had the will and I've gotten into the kitchen for a while. In the end I made some mini pies savory. Truth is that they are all an experiment, and have not been too bad (I can vouch for this, as they have been my dinner today).

A productive weekend
The selfish are large campus of the great evil. Concepción Arenal
The miserable have no other medicine than hope. William Shakespeare
Happy days 35 and 36!
This weekend I took the opportunity to relax a bit, take the hook and make some more accessories of my collection for the store. It has been cold and I did not feel like going out for a walk in this weather. So I stayed home with the hook and TV. Quiet and entertaining. This has been my production this weekend. (I use paper bags from McDonalds to save wool. Recycle and leverage are one of my mottos)

Happy day 34!
Today was a very stressful Friday. I spent the morning preparing the pictures I took for Photoshoot class this afternoon, and updating the blog a bit. Every day I realize the thousands of mistakes I'm making, and I am obliged to correct them, to do and undo. Every success takes effort not?
Also, this week reviewing the stats I have also discovered that my patterns have been included in some blogs of free patterns. I don't care, in fact I'm excited they have chosen my work, and have generated more interest still in my first forays into the handcrafter world. It is a great way for people to know me no more effort than my work. And if anything encourages me to continue it is this enormous interest, which I confess that is overwhelming me a bit. In just one month old I have received over 3000 hits, and start to have followers on the blog. That makes me proud because I know that is the result of my work and my work interests people of this world in which I am still an outsider who walks half lost.

Happy day 12!
I'm spoiled to receive a package every day... I look like a little girl on Christmas Day! I know exactly what's inside each package, but still I hope continues like opening gifts! I like to take some pictures of all I get before use. Let's see if I get and I take a few pictures of my stored yarn, I have really accumulated a lot of yarns!
Today's package is the order I made to Fred Aldous. At last I have the tool for safety eye toys! And as you can see, the rest of the order are more gadgets that continue to expand my collection. Now I just need to put order in my craftroom, which is my project for the remainder of this week. This if it will be quite a challenge! I've been seeing on the network several articles on organizing and planning craftrooms from various bloggers, and I have a thousand great ideas! But we'll see what comes out. So far today I managed to gather all my craft supplies in my craftroom (I assure you that I have a lot of work finding all the little things that went loose in every corner of the house), and I ordered the yarns (which has also been a great work!). Tomorrow I finish ordering the little things that are now within a couple of boxes (buttons, sequins, pencils and pens fiber varied, scissors, brushes, paints, needles). I promise that when finished I will make some pictures to show you the result!

Early start day

Happy day 9!
Today I had to get up early to arrive on time at the Civic Center. At 9 began to divide the batch in order to register for courses this quarter. As the center is in Barcelona, and I live on the outskirts, there was no choice but to early to arrive soon. I arrived at 9:30 AM, and got the number 133. I thought it would be a quick thing... But in Spain we do everything upside down! Until 10:00 AM did not begin to do the inscriptions. So I had to wait until 11:30 AM. This is crazy! How can waste people's time like this? Open the center, begin to distribute the numbers to maintain order in the inscriptions, have all personnel working downtown... Why could not begin registration at 9? Why make us wait until 10? Why in this country are not using logic to streamline and leverage the time and money of the citizens???

Happy day 7!
Today, taking advantage of a Saturday, I will devote myself to pick up the house, and finish the sheets of polka dots that I have pending. Even I know nothing of the owners of the site and then publish the rest of this week. If they ever communicate with me and ask me to remove it or change it, I'll do it. But I accumulates a lot of work... ^___^ I hope you like!

2012 First craft purchases!

Happy day 4!
Today was a busy day of shopping online! I had the whole month of December accumulating items in my Etsy Cart, and I was reaching the limit of 99 items that allows ... So I have been rational, I have raised the total budget for my purchases, and I've been discarding items that do not really need to leave a final list of 20 items to a budget of $ 80. In total I have 6 orders to various shops on Etsy, I have looking forward to it all will be my own Christmas present! (In Spain the tradition of giving gifts, especially children, is not Christmas Day December 25, but celebrated the feast of Epiphany on January 6, when it is assumed that the Magi from the East came to Bethlehem to make their gifts to baby Jesus. Things of cultural differences ...) I bought several jewelry supplies, a few stamps, ink pads for stamping, wrapping cellophane bags for selling my creations on Etsy, a cute pencil & supply bag, a super cute notepads, and a collection of tools called Sew Easy used to perforate paper and card as well as decoration for embroidering. I wish I could buy some more things, but because I live in Spain and shipping costs are a little expensive to me, my budget has not given more. As soon as I get all the packages I promise to show you some pictures of my new material!

Happy day 3!
Today I'm excited! I discovered the web I needed to finish the polka dots hooked. I love to create pages full of colorful polka dots, I find it fun and addictive in equal parts. And today I found inspirational tool I needed. I discovered Seeds Design, the web of an artist named Jessica lover of color. In the Palette Search section you can find some pictures precious inspire you to capture a beautiful color palette and lovable. And I liked it so much, I decided to do a few sheets of polka dots using these color palettes. But I'm having a lot of work to cope! As I am an obsessive perfectionist, could not settle for making a single page for each palette, would be too easy! So I made 5 different combinations with 5 colors from the palette. And once I finished those first 5 pages, I liked so much that I thought it might be nice to keep a project in parallel with Jessica. (I'll tell her the idea, and I hope she looks good ... Since my versions will be free downloadable printables, and always with a corresponding link to her site ... I cross my fingers that she like my work!) So I decided to start the year and the blog, adding my vision of those wonderful color palettes that Jessica created daily. I had to choose 5 colors of each of the 4 pallets often publish daily Jessica in Design Seeds web (sometimes her pallets have 5 or 6 colors, but for my pages with 5 color polka dots and, therefore, 5 combinations of color, I thought that was enough daily work, as they account for 20 page layouts every day!). So I leave the combinations of these first 3 days of 2012, I've created with all my love for lovers of polka dots, and for all those crafters who want to use on their personal projects. Hope you like them!

Happy day 2!
Yesterday I also promised a surprise... Who do not love polka dots? I am in love with this simple pattern, almost as much as the sailor stripes. But I don't know what strange reason, it is very difficult to find online color backgrounds of polka dots on an acceptable resolution for printing and use in all types of crafts. And that is why I decided to create a collection of sheets of polka dots! Now hang on 1st pack, with a wide range of 30 color combinations unitone. Hope you like!
