Sticky note: Today I have returned to update the PDFs of the blog, I hope you can now download and view them without problems. I had to convert the content to image format, so you don't give more problems with text and fonts, and so now the files are slightly larger. But finally see and print correctly. Or I hope so!
If anyone has any problems, please don't hesitate to comment. Any help is appreciated, and all corrections teach me to do better next time. So thank you for appreciating my work and for helping to improve it.

Finger Cozy tutorial! 15 min. crochet project

After these last 2 months crocheting all days, began to get out a wound (burn) in the finger with I took the tension of the yarn. It is painful to work well, since I can't loose the tension of the yarn, so my creations would be too soft. And so it occurred to me that I could make a cozy for my finger, to prevent chafing. Find the tutorial at the end of the post.

After finishing my birthday cake yesterday, after adding the cherry topping, and make the tray, I realized that the cake flats were too high, they were offset by the width of the piece. So decided rework, and rewrite the pattern. It has taken hard work, but I think now has been much better. You can find the pattern at the end of this post.

Happy day 32! And happy 1st month blogday!
I can't believe! I met my first month as blogger, and have reached the 2000 views! I'm super happy, because I feel rewarded, by far, all my work and dedication. It's been a very tough first month. I have worked a lot, doing and undoing, I've had to learn many things and make many changes, both on the blog and in my life, but I must admit that I am very satisfied. For a newbie is not bad right? Now, I just hope that all this effort will serve me to develop my shop project with equal success. I know that's going to be much more difficult to achieve, but nothing is impossible!

This weekend I was tidying my craftroom (and I'm almost finished, although that seems the Holy Family of Gaudí). I hope to finish this week, because I need to go to work for the opening of my store on Etsy.
Although I haven't had much time to explore blogs these days, I found a very interesting challenge. February photo-a-day challenge by Slim Fat Mum blog. And I decided that I will try to follow the challenge and add practices for my photojournalism course. So as of February 1 I'm going to hang the photo-to-day on my posts. I have to add the badget of the challenge, and links. But I have to watch how do it, I hope to have it ready tomorrow, before it starts Tuesday. See the challenge list this month, it seems very fun! Today was a hard day of work! At last I have finished edit and publish all outstanding posts of this week. I've posted the pattern of Lucky Dragon, and gradually this blog is becoming the main focus of my life, around which all my life is composed as if it were a symphony!
I'm getting a lot of visitors in search of my amigurumi patterns. It's a good way for me, go little by little, so I'm known in the blogosphere, and I also get to know you. ^___^

This week is being crazy, and I had several technical problems to publish my posts on time, but I've been working hard to post everything I had pending before the end of the week. This morning I have gone to my coaching date, and in the afternoon I started the French course! Et il a fait très bien! It was a very intense day, and I have hardly had time to end the pattern of the dragon. Also, I did not quite convinced how was leaving the head and body design, so I'm redoing it. This dragon is bringing me a lot of work! In the end I will be who take fire from my mouth! ^___^
Therefore, and although yesterday I promised to hang the pattern today, will not be possible. Maybe tomorrow if I finish it all and I have time to make photos, and lay out the pattern. But instead, a new collection of beautiful sheets polka dots! Hope you like!

Ok... So today I wake up early and some nervous... Pass the night dreaming with notebooks! So this morning, with the usual coffee, instead of me to check email and blogs, I have returned to open Freehand. I woke up with the crazy idea of creating a collection of notebooks for daily projects. Why, if I need a notebook format template, that facilitate me the daily work of keeping the project, why others can not have the same need? And hence my idea became transformed, because life is change, there is nothing immutable, or projects (especially mine!).
This is some results of my hard work: two coloring sheets with DailyDonut365 Menu, some cute and delicious postcards, and a sheet of stickers just adorables. You can paint them, using as a basis for making a collage, like postcards, as needleworks guides, to color in Photoshop and then print them, as coloring stickers for your childs, pictures to decorate, and so on. The limit is your imagination! I hope you enjoy! If you want to share your creations, leave a comment with the link. It will be a pleasure to see what you have created!

Today, taking advantage of a Saturday, I will devote myself to pick up the house, and finish the sheets of polka dots that I have pending. Even I know nothing of the owners of the site and then publish the rest of this week. If they ever communicate with me and ask me to remove it or change it, I'll do it. But I accumulates a lot of work... ^___^ I hope you like!

Today I'm excited! I discovered the web I needed to finish the polka dots hooked. I love to create pages full of colorful polka dots, I find it fun and addictive in equal parts. And today I found inspirational tool I needed. I discovered Seeds Design, the web of an artist named Jessica lover of color. In the Palette Search section you can find some pictures precious inspire you to capture a beautiful color palette and lovable. And I liked it so much, I decided to do a few sheets of polka dots using these color palettes. But I'm having a lot of work to cope! As I am an obsessive perfectionist, could not settle for making a single page for each palette, would be too easy! So I made 5 different combinations with 5 colors from the palette. And once I finished those first 5 pages, I liked so much that I thought it might be nice to keep a project in parallel with Jessica. (I'll tell her the idea, and I hope she looks good ... Since my versions will be free downloadable printables, and always with a corresponding link to her site ... I cross my fingers that she like my work!) So I decided to start the year and the blog, adding my vision of those wonderful color palettes that Jessica created daily. I had to choose 5 colors of each of the 4 pallets often publish daily Jessica in Design Seeds web (sometimes her pallets have 5 or 6 colors, but for my pages with 5 color polka dots and, therefore, 5 combinations of color, I thought that was enough daily work, as they account for 20 page layouts every day!). So I leave the combinations of these first 3 days of 2012, I've created with all my love for lovers of polka dots, and for all those crafters who want to use on their personal projects. Hope you like them!

Yesterday I also promised a surprise... Who do not love polka dots? I am in love with this simple pattern, almost as much as the sailor stripes. But I don't know what strange reason, it is very difficult to find online color backgrounds of polka dots on an acceptable resolution for printing and use in all types of crafts. And that is why I decided to create a collection of sheets of polka dots! Now hang on 1st pack, with a wide range of 30 color combinations unitone. Hope you like!
